Delete your account

You can delete your Nockapp account and everything stored with it, from the app or from this page.

In the app

1. Open Nockapp and tap your profile picture in the top corner.
2. Scroll to Your data.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Signed in with Apple or Google?

Delete the account in the app as above. If you no longer have the app, email info@pragmanila.com from the address your Apple or Google account uses, with the subject “Delete my Nockapp account”. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address and sign-in details.
• Your profile and profile picture.
• Your scores and scorecards, training plans, gear, events, custom rounds and challenges.
• Your coaching connections: your coaches lose access to your records, and you stop coaching anyone.
• Shared scorecard links and data exports.

When

The account closes straight away. Everything stored with it is permanently erased from Nockapp's server within 30 days.

What's kept

If an event organiser has published official results that include you, your name and score stay in those results, as for any competition, but no longer link to an account.
